Working terms

Scope, fees and responsibilities.

At the outset, what will be done, how it will be delivered and the conditions of the engagement are set out in writing. The terms below describe the framework for proposals and contracts.

Request and assessment

The initial written request is used to determine whether the matter falls within our services and what information is required for a proposal. Technical opinions, eligibility analysis, document review and solution advice are not part of this stage.

Consulting sessions may be online or in person and are paid. Corporate or administrative communication is kept separate from professional consulting. Data protection requests and the exercise of legal rights are not treated as paid consulting.

Scope and proposal

The proposal states the subject of the service, deliverables, exclusions, duration, responsibilities, fees and payment terms. Taxes, third-party costs, travel and subscriptions, where applicable, are shown separately.

A proposal, an appointment and a service engagement are separate stages. Before payment, the agreed conditions must be available in writing.

Scope changes

New documents, additional languages, different outputs, new users, new integrations or changes to an approved approach may affect scope. Any additional fee or timeline change is assessed in writing before the added work begins.

Correcting an omission or error in an agreed deliverable is not the same as requesting new work. This distinction is preserved in the relevant proposal and contract.

Information and authority.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of information and documents supplied, their authority to use them and any approvals within their responsibility. MİHENK reports material gaps or inconsistencies identified in professional review and does not request unnecessary personal data or documents.

Applications, grants, financing and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed. Requests involving misleading statements, false documents or unlawful conduct are not accepted.

Confidentiality and usage rights.

File sharing, access rights, third-party tools and usage rights for deliverables are arranged according to the engagement. At the initial request stage, do not send special-category personal data, identity documents, bank information or files containing third-party data.

Confidentiality, data processing and intellectual-property provisions are supplemented by separate terms where needed. General communication does not create unrestricted usage rights over supplied content.

Special terms and legal rights.

Cancellation, postponement, delivery, acceptance, liability and dispute terms are defined in the contract appropriate to the engagement. Mandatory rules for consumer transactions, public procurement and services subject to special formalities continue to apply.

This page alone does not constitute an individual contract, order confirmation or waiver of statutory rights.
