How are the fee and appointment set?
The subject, duration, number of participants and any documents to be reviewed in advance are considered. The service fee, taxes and any additional costs are confirmed in writing before payment.
The appointment is confirmed once the date is mutually agreed and the stated payment conditions are met. Submitting a request alone does not create a fee, appointment or service contract.
What does a session include?
A session covers the subject and duration agreed in advance. Document review, research or a written follow-up is included only if stated in the proposal. Preparing new files, additional research and further consulting are separate scopes.
Rescheduling and cancellation.
Rescheduling, cancellation, non-attendance and refund terms are provided before payment. Conditions are not added afterwards, and no penalty or deduction applies unless agreed in advance.
Mandatory pre-contract information, withdrawal rights and other consumer protections continue to apply where relevant. A session request or general checkbox does not amount to a waiver of those rights.
