Request methods
Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, KVKK applications must be submitted in Turkish.
You may submit requests under KVKK to the data controller in writing or through the electronic methods permitted by the applicable rules:

Using a secure electronic signature or mobile signature, or an email address previously notified to and recorded by the data controller, you may send your application to info@mihenkproject.com . Other valid application methods provided by law remain available.
If a request comes from an email address that is not already recorded, proportionate identity verification may be required to prevent disclosure of personal data to another person. The service request form is not an identity-document upload channel.
Required content
The application must contain the information required by the applicable Communiqué, including name and surname, signature for written applications, the required identity information, an address for service, any email address for notification, contact details where applicable, and the subject of the request. Relevant information and documents may be attached as necessary.
Describe clearly which data or processing activity your request concerns. Do not send a full identity-document copy, health records or unrelated third-party data unless genuinely necessary.
Response and fees
Applications are concluded as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, depending on their nature. They are generally free of charge; where processing the request incurs an additional cost, the fee set by the Turkish Data Protection Board may apply.
If the request arises from an error by the data controller, any fee collected is refunded. This process is not treated as consulting, a paid session or a proposal request.
