Technology, AI and Digital Transformation

Technology, AI and Digital Transformation.

We analyse workflows and data needs, providing solution design, pilot implementation and development support for automation, AI and organisation-specific digital tools.

Scope of work.

We start technology work by defining the problem to be solved, not by choosing a tool. Users, available data, access rights and operating conditions shape the development or improvement scope.

Needs and process analysis

We examine repetitive work, data flows and user needs, comparing potential digital improvements with existing methods and avoiding unnecessary development.

AI use cases

We assess uses such as document processing, research, content and decision support, defining data sharing, accuracy, human oversight and usage limits with each scenario.

Workflow and automation

We connect forms, records, notifications, approvals and reporting using appropriate tools. Error handling, permissions and manual intervention paths are part of the solution design.

Data and reporting

We can prepare data-collection templates, core data models and management reporting. Data sources, access, updates and protection are addressed within the engagement.

Web, software and digital products

We define requirements and delivery scope for websites, applications or organisation-specific tools. Design, development, integration and maintenance are priced separately.

Pilot implementation and rollout

We test the solution within a limited scope and assess it against acceptance criteria. User documentation, training, rollout and maintenance responsibilities are set out in the delivery plan.

Scope boundariesPermissions and terms of use are checked for data, access and third-party licences. AI output is not used as an uncontrolled substitute for professional judgement. Maintenance, hosting and subscriptions are not automatically included in the project fee.

Before you start.

Can the problem be solved without building new software?

Reconfiguring existing tools or implementing limited automation may be enough. The assessment does not have to result in a recommendation to build new software.

How is post-delivery support defined?

Maintenance, bug fixing, new features and user support are treated separately. Duration, scope and fees are set out in the proposal or a separate maintenance arrangement.

Send us your work request.

Briefly describe what you need and the outcome you expect. We will assess the appropriate scope and proposal process in writing.
