Scope of work.
Before applying to a support programme or preparing an investment, the need, resources and feasibility should be clear. We do not limit the work to application writing; the required research and preparation are defined within the scope.
Project design and budget
We structure the relationship between need, objective, target group, activities and results, addressing staffing, procurement, timing and budget assumptions together.
Pre-feasibility and feasibility
We examine the market, technical options, investment and operating costs, and revenue assumptions. Data gaps and uncertainties affecting the findings are made explicit in the report.
Application preparation
We prepare the application narrative, annexes, business plan and budget in the format required by the relevant programme. Responsibilities for authorised declarations, institutional records and deadlines are defined at the outset.
Partnership development
We define partner profiles, roles and the collaboration framework according to project needs. Partner search does not guarantee participation by suitable organisations.
Implementation and reporting
We support activity tracking, reporting and project file management for approved projects. Management and coordination responsibilities undertaken by MİHENK are stated separately in the agreement.

The engagement can begin by clarifying the need and the applicant’s conditions. Programme research and eligibility assessment can be defined as a separate paid assignment.
Can you review only my existing application file?
Yes. The documents to be reviewed, assessment criteria and written output are defined in advance. You do not need to send the entire file at the initial request stage.
